ACT114A is basically a new law that appoint whoever is the owner that are caught posting or publishing unnecessary news , article or etc under their account is going to be questioned even though they didn't do it . They also can be sued and lawyer ed , they will have to face all the allegations until they are proven innocent.
ACT114A will obviously make my life a living hell if I'm ever caught in doing something that I didn't do . Being accused and have to face all the allegations , going in and of court is sure going to change my lifestyle and forever will change my perception on how the higher authorities manage our beloved country .
What matters to me is everything needs be based on the truth , not just because we own that account "we are the criminals" , it's so wrong , so for me , it does matter for us to stop this ACT114A before normal lives are destroyed because of this little thorns that are going through skins .
Should I be concerned ? Yes , I think I should , because I would never want this to be happened in my life , I would never want my resume to fill with this false allegations , I will go against this .ACT114A needs to be stopped because it is a biased rule .

Since everyone deserved to have their own freedom to do anythings with Internet nowadays, this act seems to be an act which had potential to block Malaysian Internet users' freedom.
ReplyDeleteI'm not saying that everyone should have their freedom to do wrongdoings through Internet. But what I really mean is that people should sometimes express their views and their thought on some issues whenever it as about negative or positive issues.
However, for Internet users who over-limit misused the Internet by spreading too many negative thoughts and views, I think they should be caught and counseling them about Internet uses and ect.
As i was reading your post , I understand the feeling of being injustice for each user , people are just being honest , it is not like we were going against or sue people. But I cant agree wholly , it is better for the act to exist but rules must be less restricted. Users who uses the internet can also cause harm. I agree with farah amira , we should teach the this people on how to use the internet properly instead of misuse for bad things
